Several years ago I awoke one morning very ill with pain and lapsed into unconsciousness. When I aroused out of it, I realized I could not speak coherently, could not hear, and could hardly walk.

I called a Christian Science practitioner. Although he could not understand my words clearly, he recognized my voice and immediately began to help me with prayerful treatment. My daughter came and took me to her home, and the practitioner visited me there. There was daily progress under continued prayerful treatment by the practitioner and my own prayerful work and study. In five weeks I returned home healed.

In about two more weeks I was again meeting my responsibilities in a very busy schedule. I have had many healings, and I am very grateful for Christian Science. I am also grateful for having had class instruction, for the faithful, prayerful help of practitioners, and for the Christian Science literature.
