I wish to express my gratitude for Mrs. Eddy and for the wonderful gift she has given to the world, the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.

A healing proved to me the great need for righteous thinking if one is to have a healthy body. For a period of three months I had experienced pain and an issue of blood. Before I learned of Christian Science, I had been in the hospital for four days for blood transfusions. In addition, the verdict of the doctor at that time was that I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. He said I must be away from my work for several weeks' rest.

The only right way of life is to keep thought united to God, to walk and talk with Him. Then Spirit, Mind, will outshine the discords of matter and bring healing.
