Exposing the Hygiene Trap

In the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health, Mrs. Eddy exposes the falsity of so-called laws of material hygiene. And the greatest man the world has ever known, Christ Jesus, taught: "Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on."
Matt. 6:25;

When Jesus fed the multitude with the loaves and fishes, he did not say that the menu should be balanced with vegetables, nor did he assure them that the bread was baked with a certain kind of flour. His words were expressions of gratitude to God for His abundant provision (see John 6:1-13).

Can anyone even imagine Jesus recommending health laws to his followers? Indeed not. And why? Because he was never concerned with human beliefs. His concern was with God and His greatness and all-power. He knew that his mission was to reveal this power in such a way that the people could grasp and understand it. Therefore, when necessary, he fed them.
