TO CLAIM A CROWN
"Hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown" (Rev. 3:11)
Consider man's birthright
as Spirit's child : princely
offspring of pure Soul,
creation's crowned climax.
Consider joy. Take hold
of Love's concepts, acting
on Principle's impulse
more precious than gemmed gold.
Consider what "thou hast"—
O loved one, O royal
reflection of one God!
Count up thy king's treasures of immortal holiness,
health, peace, intelligence...
poured infinitely out
by Mind without measure.
