The significant Hebrew word 'emunah, rendered "truth" in this verse, is translated "faith" in Habakkuk 2:4. By its derivation it can also imply such concepts as steadfastness and firmness, in addition to honesty, conscientiousness, and security. Smith has, "All his work is faithful"; and Moffatt, "All he does is loyally done."
