With joyous gratitude I offer this testimony of a healing received through the help of Christian Science.

My work entails frequent contact with areas where gases are encountered, and failure to take the precautions provided is said to lead to injurious effects. About three years ago, although at the time I was not actually working in such an area, I became affected. The symptoms were such that I was immediately transferred to an area considered safe. The symptoms were rather severe, but with Christian Science help I obtained a certain amount of relief.

A year later, while still employed in the area considered safe, I had a very severe attack on account of an apparent error in an adjoining room. At this period there was a mass radiography campaign taking place at the works, and we were asked to cooperate. Later the results of my X ray were posted to me. I was dismayed to find that I was suspect, and that permission was being asked to contact my doctor. I gave the address of a Christian Science practitioner. Immediately I arranged an interview with him. At this period I was full of fear and very ill; besides I was mesmerized by the number of cases of apparent gassing that were occurring locally.
