WAIT WITH PATIENCE

Sue Ann McDowell Brannan

The great I AM,
All true, all wise,
Unfolds with love
To patient eyes
A sense of joy,
Of freedom won,
Dispels the clouds
That hide the sun.

The victory gained
For Love, not hate.
The blessing earned
By those who wait.
