Satisfying Homemaking
What am I really accomplishing at home? What is my true work? These are the searching questions being asked by many whose human duty it is to care for a home and family.
"Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth," Ps. 48:2; sang the Psalmist about Mount Zion, or the kingdom of heaven. The all-encompassing beauty and glory of our heavenly home are indeed wonderful to contemplate. And that place which every heart calls home, where there is no night or sorrow or impediment to harmonious being, is available now to every individual.
Christian Science teaches us that our heavenly home is the infinite realm of Mind, God, including within its scope every' right idea. Divine Principle, Love, governs and provides for every one of its ideas in the harmonious atmosphere of Soul and embraces them forever. Life is there, perpetuating itself spontaneously in joyous, unlabored activity. Spirit is heaven's only substance, and Truth is its light.
