I am humbly grateful for Christian Science
I am humbly grateful for Christian Science. I have had many healings and know that Science does heal when properly applied.
I am especially grateful for my most recent healing because much patience and spiritual growth were needed before it could take place.
Growths developed on the lids of both eyes. I called a practitioner for help. I expressed much fear as I told her similar growths had appeared before I had taken up the study of Science and that surgery had been necessary to remove them. The practitioner reminded me that the operation of Truth is the only operation there is and that spiritual growth is the only growth. The practitioner also kindly reminded me that I need not fear remarks made about this condition by others, because man's "life is hid with Christ in God'' (Col. 3:3) and there is nothing to be seen about man but good. She also said that each day I must lift my thought into the sanctuary, or consciousness, of God and keep it there; that it was through this kind of spiritualized, disciplined thinking that healing would take place.
