"When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him" (Isa. 59:19). I am so grateful for having proved the truth of these words.

A few years ago I went through a very dark time with what seemed unsolvable problems, both physical and mental. There were times when I was seized with such a feeling of weakness that I found it difficult to get up in the morning and carry on during the day. I was believing there was a mind apart from God which could hate and destroy.
