I am very grateful for the many wonderful healings I have received in Christian Science. Many years ago I had an accident when practicing for show jumping, and some bones in my back were broken. This condition was healed entirely through Christian Science without any material aid at all.
Through the great help and encouragement of the practitioner many lessons were learned as the healing work progressed, and I was able to see that it is self-will that would hinder one's growth in the understanding of Truth. An intense desire to be always riding horseback had resulted in a rather limited outlook on life. I was freed from this to go ahead to a fuller and much more interesting stage of experience.
I am continually grateful for the wonderful companionship which I had in my marriage and for the solution of the many problems that we worked out together in Christian Science. Difficult problems are quickly solved when the warmth of understanding and friendship is felt between people.
