Stan Follows the Star
[For children]
Stan was sent home from school because he wasn't feeling well. Five other children were also going home sick. Their teachers didn't expect them back until after the holidays.
When Stan, who was a Christian Scientist, saw his mother, they talked about God's love for Stan and for the other children too.
"Remember how the Wisemen followed the star?" Mother asked. "When they saw it 'they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.'" Matt. 2:10 ; Stan's mother reminded him that he could keep the Christ, Truth, always before him like a bright star. Then he couldn't lose sight of his true self, for the Christ includes the true selfhood of everyone.
