Church Dedications
Hampshire Chronicle, April 2, 1966
The church building of the Winchester Christian Science Society in Tower-street will be dedicated to-morrow (Sunday). Two services will be held, the first at the usual hour of 11.15 a.m and the second at 3.30 p.m., and the dedication will be observed by the reading of a brief account of the society's ... history....
A Christian Science group held services in a private house in St. Swithun's-street until 1932 when, due to a need for larger premises, they rented a public room in St. Patrick's Hall, Trafalgar-street.
