We are likely to agree to the proposition that the God of the classical theologians and philosophers is dead to our times. For this God is a God of definitions, of creeds, of intellectual constructs that are breaking down all over the place.
Indeed this God. in addition to being but the fabrication of our finite minds, isn't one God, but many gods, depending on one's denominational inheritance and partisanship, the school of thought the definer is indebted to, and so on.
