"Zero Defects is a new dimension in quality." That's the way one industry man described this new technique.... The occasion was a Zero Defects Seminar at Detroit attended by 400 people from 175 companies, as well as personnel from 15 military installations. In all, there have been five such seminars in various sections of the U.S.
