Finding Good Employment
One who is setting out to find a job with the aid of Christian Science has before him the spiritual fact that he is an idea of God. God is Mind, and as Mind's reflection there is only one job to do, and that is to live one's identity. On page 477 of Science and Health, Mrs. Eddy writes, "Identity is the reflection of Spirit, the reflection in multifarious forms of the living Principle, Love."
One who accepts as his employment the living of his identity finds his days always active and his activities interesting and profitable. This is true, even of one who is humanly unemployed. The spiritual perception, wisdom, joy, health, dominion, love, that constitute one's true identity give him plenty to do. Exercising these qualities, he finds the divine Principle guiding him where they are needed.
One's spiritual identity is never denied expression. Truth opens the way for it, places it, and illumines it with the qualities needed for success.
