I am very grateful for the opportunity to express my gratitude for the many blessings that have come to me and my family through Christian Science. A sister was healed of tuberculosis, another member of the family was healed of an internal growth, and my mother was healed of a growth on the skin.

One healing that took a period of about three years to complete was that of arthritis in my hip. Many unlovely thoughts had to be eliminated from my thinking and much love expressed toward a member of my family. Occasionally I had to have the help of a practitioner so that I could keep up my housework and extra cooking for men at different times of the year. But mostly the healing came through my own prayerful work. No trace of this discordant condition has been noticed for several years.

A more recent healing was that of an injury to my eye. A broken wire had accidentally penetrated the corner of the eye, causing severe pain and tears. I could hardly see, but I kept declaring the truth that God, the one divine Mind, does not know accidents.
