The earnest reliance on Christian Science...
The earnest reliance on Christian Science of my parents, just newly interested in this religion, together with the help of a practitioner, enabled a crippled condition of my legs at birth to be completely healed within a few weeks.
In gratitude for this wonderful demonstration of the healing truth, my parents later enrolled me in the Christian Science Sunday School, which I attended up to the age of twenty years. Thereafter, I became a member of The Mother Church and a branch church. I have also had class instruction and am deeply grateful for the annual association meeting.
With prayer and complete trust in God, divine Mind, a satisfying home hobby opened up for me which provided a complete expression of right activity during a time when it was much needed. I am grateful too for a number of healings which I have experienced, together with protection and guidance.
