Christian Science is the greatest...
Christian Science is the greatest blessing of my life. I shall always be grateful that my mother enrolled me in a Christian Science Sunday School when I was a very little girl and saw to it that I attended regularly.
Sometime ago my mother had an accident. She was in extreme pain at the time, and a member of her household telephoned me requesting that I take up work for her in Science. Since she was not able to take care of herself, a Christian Science nurse was called in to help her. The morning after the accident the nurse reported that Mother could not get out of bed, was still in considerable pain, and had expressed concern that some of her ribs were broken.
The next day while praying for her I had a very clear sense of the ever-presence of God's infinite love and the continuous harmony of man in His image and likeness. I was led to look up a number of references in the Concordances to the Bible and Mrs. Eddy's writings. Some of the words I looked up were "radical," "superiority,'" "remedy," "broken," and "unbroken."
