When the film "The Mother Church in Action"...

When the film "The Mother Church in Action" arrived in Italy, I had been reading the weekly Bible Lesson, outlined in the Christian Science Quarterly, for some time. While interesting me intellectually, it had not revealed to me its essential message, that is, the spiritual. It was really the film which first gave me this revelation.

Slides followed the film, showing Christian Science churches throughout the world, the splendid organization of The Mother Church, and the way in which its activities are spiritualizing human thought. I realized that Christian Science is the action of Truth and that its purpose is to heal sin and sickness.

Thus I felt the desire to give part of my time to the activities of the branch church in my city; I wanted to contribute, even if in small part, to our great, healing Cause. I have received infinite blessings from this new understanding. In brief, my children have begun to go to the Sunday School, my employment is on a better basis, and hence my family conditions have improved too. I have been healed of physical and moral ills, and I should like to mention at least two experiences in which I have been helped by the healing power of divine Mind.
