My way to express gratitude for...

My way to express gratitude for Christian Science is by writing this testimony. I was left to care for my six children when the eldest was not yet nine ears old, and I am grateful for the many blessings and healings we have received.

All the so-called children's diseases they have contracted have been healed through my prayerful work or with the help of a practitioner. Cuts, burns, colds, septic sore throat, measles, chicken pox, mumps, a skin disease, and broken bones have been healed. All the communicable diseases mentioned were reported in compliance with the law.

A son was brought home one day with a broken leg. I called a practitioner and asked her to give the boy treatment. He woke me during the night saving his leg felt twisted. The third time he woke me I reminded him of Mrs. Eddy's words in "Miscellaneous Writings" (p. 206): "'Good is my God, and my God is good. Love is my God, and my God is Love."' I asked him to think about them.
