Instantaneous healing through...
Instantaneous healing through the application of the truths of Christian Science is possible because at the very moment we accept and understand our true relationship to God, the one perfect Mind, the difficulty which needs to be overcome disappears from our consciousness.
In Proverbs we read (20:12), "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them." This verse from the Bible was the first statement which a Christian Science practitioner gave me when I called for help to remove an obstruction in my ear.
However, I had previously yielded to the temptation to go to a medical doctor to have the ear syringed, hoping that this would put an end to the pain I had been experiencing for two days. After examining my ears, the doctor told me that there was nothing to wash out, but that there was a serious obstruction. He gave me a prescription and told me to use some other material remedies. Upon arriving home, I destroyed the prescription and knew that Christian Science would meet my need.
