Roused Consciousness Banishes Error
"The clouds of sense vanish as the light of Truth
dawns on our consciousness"
All our experiences take place in our own consciousness. All the sickness, unhappiness, and poverty of mortal living exist only in the mortal, or carnal, mind; all true health, happiness, abundance, and harmony exist in the divine Mind. We have a choice of entertaining mortal thoughts or divine thoughts in consciousness. Our choice determines the harmony or inharmony of our existence and experiences. Mrs. Eddy writes in "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany" (p. 210), "Good thoughts are an impervious armor; clad therewith you are completely shielded from the attacks of error of every sort."
