I should like to express my gratitude to God for Christ Jesus, our great Master, and for our revered Leader by sharing this healing of sinus trouble.

I did not come into Christian Science for a healing, but because of a dire need to learn of God. I read the King James Version of the Bible, together with Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, for several months, usually doing my necessary housework in the morning and taking the afternoon to study. I read and reread, pondering what I read. Many things I read in Science and Health I did not understand, but I began to get clear glimpses of the truth of God and of man's relationship to Him —perfect God and perfect child.

About three years later my husband came home one evening and spoke of meeting a friend who talked of having a sinus condition.

My husband said, "Honey, I told our friend about your healing."

I stopped the task of preparing supper and looked at my husband, asking, "What healing?"

He seemed surprised that I did not recall the healing. Then I remembered that all through my high school years and the years up to the time I started my study of Christian Science, I had spent at least two miserable weeks of every winter with sinus trouble. I thought back on this and realized that although I had done no special work on that problem, the healing had come about through the study and acceptance of the truths taught in Science.

This healing, so complete that I had altogether forgotten I had ever had the trouble, is to me very wonderful.

I am grateful too for all the other healings I have had, many with the help of Christian Science practitioners. May I also say how grateful I am for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church and for class instruction.—(Mrs.) Wilma M. Burke, Floyds Knobs, Indiana.
