RADIO PROGRAM No. 63 - Where Are We Looking for Rest and Relaxation?

Host: What you need is a vacation! How often we hear that advice, especially when an office situation boils over or when home problems seem to be turning up like weeds in a summer garden. A vacation can certainly provide an opportunity for a new perspective; it can even be a time of genuine enrichment.

But sometimes it doesn't seem to work out that way. For instance a writer in This Week magazine expressed this view: "... you and your family, along with millions of other Americans, may come home from your vacation this summer even more tired and tense than the day you left. Your precious leisure time will be spent, and your mental and physical well-being, far from having been fortified and refreshed, will have received possibly the worst setback of the year."
