NOW I PRAY

Right here I pray—
Here in the melee of a busy day.
Though I must wash and clean and fold away
While small hands clutch my skirts in boisterous play,
Yet here I pray.

Right now I pray.
It I await a more propitious day,
These precious hours will all have slipped away—
The very hours which need Truth's healing ray—
So now I pray.
