GRACE
Helen Oscar Winfield
As yesterday is but a shadowUpon which the door of eternity has alreadySilently closedAnd tomorrow but a mythIn which men hope to bargainFor a bonus or a boon
Then is today the one reality. The praise we give, the love we bestow,The truth we express, if at all,Belong to now.
