Ten years ago I began the study of Christian Science, and it has come to mean everything to me. It has brought into my experience love, joy, security, supply, stability and steadiness of character, health, harmony, and, best of all, it has shown me the way to an understanding of God.

I had attended an orthodox church through all my childhood and youth. In this church, I had received a good foundation in the writings of the Bible. However, I had never been able to feel that I had established any communication with God. It seemed that in spite of all my searching and studying, God was remote and faraway. After a very unhappy experience involving human relationships, Christian Science was offered to me; and for the first time that I could remember, I found God very near and ever present. What an experience to learn that I am ever God's well-loved child!

Over the past ten years my family have experienced many physical healings as a result of an ever-growing understanding of man's relationship with God. Some of the healings have been those of whooping cough, chicken pox, earache, severe eczema, carbuncles, boils, and measles, to mention a few.
