Seeing "through the lens of Spirit"
"Beholding man as the son of God results in healing"
An advertisement for a camera using a certain lens which is considered a great improvement presented interesting possibilities to the writer. As she thought of this lens, other uses of the word "lens" came to her. A careful study of the way the word is used by Mrs. Eddy proved valuable. In her book "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany" we read (p. 129), "And how is man, seen through the lens of Spirit, enlarged, and how counterpoised his origin from dust, and how he presses to his original, never severed from Spirit!"
