We find on page 167 of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy the following words: "Only through radical reliance on Truth can scientific healing power be realized." Having been a student of Christian Science for a number of years and having experienced many healings "through radical reliance on Truth," I am more than ready to express deep gratitude to God for the Bible and for Mrs. Eddy's writings, as well as for the increased sense of love, understanding, and freedom from materiality which I am gaining every day.

My uppermost wish is to express appreciation of the complete healing of the results of a fall some time ago. I tripped and sprained my ankle, falling heavily against the bumper of my parked car. My left arm was broken, my right knee cut and bruised, my back and neck hurt, and I was rendered unconscious.

When I regained consciousness I found I was repeating statements of truth from the textbook. Three men were standing over me, declaring that an ambulance should be called to take me to the hospital. They helped me up, and I asked to be assisted to my car so that I could go to my home. They said I could not possibly drive; so one of them drove me. Great kindness was expressed to me all the way home, although the man was still of the opinion that I should go to the hospital.
