Combating Subversion with Science

phase of human activity"

We hear a good deal these days about subversive activities. Often this term is used to describe attempts to undermine the loyalty of citizens to their government. These attempts are often made subtly, and those against whom they are directed are kept in ignorance of the objective in view. A certain amount of secrecy is almost always involved in the operation.
