RADIO PROGRAM No. 440 - Can Religion Solve Business Problems?

SPEAKER: This question whether religion can solve business problems is a challenging one. How can it be done? Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Kohnfelder learned some helpful answers to these questions while they were operating two retail stores in Denver, Colorado.

Perhaps you would begin, Mr. Kohnfelder.

MR. KOHNFELDER: All right. Some years ago I loaned a man some money so that he could expand the operation of his business. He was the owner of a retail clothing store, men women, and children's wear. Since the sales and profits were increasing, my wife and I both felt it would be a good idea if I became active in the store. So I gave up a good position, and I became an equal partner in the business. Before the end of our first year of partnership, we opened a second store which my wife and I operated while the other man and his wife ran the main store.
