For many years I have been blessed and healed through the ministrations of Christian Science. The need for a happier sense of life and a more harmonious daily experience first led me to take up its study. Happiness and harmony were found and established on a firm foundation through the realization and demonstration of man's oneness, or unity, with God.

An earnest desire to learn more of our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, sent me to Christian Science Reading Rooms, from which I subsequently acquired all the authorized biographies of her. An appreciation of her and of her great achievement of revealing and establishing Science has often brought healing to me.

My first healing was that of valvular heart trouble and came through the daily study of the Bible and of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. I gave no thought to obtaining a healing for myself at this time, but rather was endeavoring to gain enough spiritual understanding to support the work that was being done by a practitioner for a loved member of my family. I suddenly realized one day that I was healed.
