Church Dedications
Dedication services were held at First Church of Christ, Scientist, Lincoln, on Sunday to celebrate the paying off of the debt incurred by buying and converting the church's premises at 38 Tentercroft-street, Lincoln.
Christian Science services started in Lincoln in August, 1923, and, after meetings were held at the home of various friends, the group used offices in High-street for their meetings.
In 1928, a spacious room was obtained on the top floor of the Prudential Assurance Company offices and later the whole top floor was obtained.
