Inspired planning by Christian Science organizations at colleges and universities results in many fruitful activities such as the sponsoring of fall receptions for newly enrolled students who are Christian Scientists, testimony meetings, lectures, the establishment of lending libraries, which comprise authorized works on Christian Science, participation in interreligious work, the showing of films which explain our religion, the preparation of appropriate publicity for campus publications, and other worthwhile projects of an educational and inspirational nature. The following excerpts are taken from reports sent to the College Organization Division, Department of Branches and Practitioners of The Mother Church.
