RADIO PROGRAM No. 382 - The Law of God and Its Healing Effect

SPEAKER: Our message today is that the law of God, when it's properly understood, is always at hand to bring harmony and healing. Our guest, Mrs. Luna Simpson, of Houston, Texas, has found this true in her own experience. What she's going to tell us sheds a great deal of light on the law of God and its healing effect.

MRS. SIMPSON: To begin with, when I was a young woman a physical examination showed I'd developed tuberculosis. On the basis of X rays, I was given less than three months to live. At this point my mother recommended that I try Christian Science, although she wasn't a member of the church herself.

So I went to see a Christian Science practitioner, and she very patiently explained something of the nature of God. This made a tremendous difference to me, because I didn't know how to reach God or to go to Him in prayer.
