Right Assimilation
"Assimilation of the truth is more than a help; it is indispensable"
Christian Scientists are most interested in knowing how to spiritualize thought and to experience the harmonious evidence which inevitably results from not only declaring but also living the truth. This brings up for consideration a very important word, "assimilation." We want more than the mere words in the Bible and in the writings of our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy. We must have the inspiration that lies back of them, yes, the vision that enlightens and empowers thought, for our goal is to demonstrate the truth we read. To assimilate the truth, to absorb it into our very being so that we use it and prove it for ourselves and others, is a distinct aid.
