"Merry Christmas !" is a usual greeting at this season. And indeed it is a joyous time. For Christmas is the day set aside to commemorate the coming to earth of Christ Jesus, who during his ministry showed mortals how to break the bonds of sin, disease, and death. Certainly we are all happy that the Saviour did come and show us the way.
