It has been said that "the voice of the people is the voice of God." On faith in this truism rests democracy, and on this faith rests the hope of peoples who have not yet found freedom. When the people are voiceless or when their voice is not yet clear, it takes a correct understanding of God to make evident the sovereignty which is the birthright of the children of God.
