The study and application of Christian Science have enriched my life immeasurably. Through its study, I have learned to turn to God for everything, regardless of how small the need may seem to be. Many physical healings have resulted also from my claiming oneness, or unity, with Him as His reflection.

Recently I accidentally knocked a three-foot board from a shelf. It fell on one of my toes, causing great pain. I kept declaring aloud that God did not create pain and that because He had not created it, I, His image and likeness, could not experience it and that therefore pain had no reality. Suddenly I realized the pain had ceased. There was no soreness or discoloration.

I cannot imagine how without Christian Science I would meet the problems of rearing a family. It not only guides me in what and how to teach our daughter, but teaches me how to turn to God, our Father-Mother, for her protection.
