During many years the study of the writings of our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, has been of inestimable help and has made me realize that, when rightly applied, Christian Science offers the solution to all problems.

I often ask myself what I am most grateful for in the study of Christian Science, and invariably the answer is that it is for the Lesson-Sermons from the Christian Science Quarterly, because the careful, earnest study of them unlocks a treasure house of good thoughts for each day from the Bible and from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. This storehouse of divine ideas has proved again and again the healing efficacy of C Christian Science, giving courage and steadfastness of purpose and the ability to carry out events of the day harmoniously.

We have had healings of a sprained ankle, of influenza, neuritis, and children's diseases. We have also witnessed the solving of problems of unemployment. Some healings have been accomplished quickly, others very slowly; but through them all a growth in the understanding of God has so spiritualized thought that our gratitude has been unbounded.
