THE IMMEDIACY OF SUPPLY

To the individual seeking healing of lack and limitation, the Bible emphatically declares (Matt. 6:33), "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Christian Science comfortingly adds (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, p. 494), "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need."

Through the revelation of God as divine Love, as the eternal Father-Mother, forever lovingly and tenderly caring for His perfect, spiritual idea, man, Christian Science makes practical the above-quoted Bible passage and shows us how to experience affluent, purposeful lives.

To Christ Jesus, supply was never an insuperable problem. Whether the demand was food for the multitudes, breakfast for the disciples, or silver for the tax collector of Capernaum, the supply was always instantly and abundantly manifested. In no instance does the Bible record a waiting period for the manifestation of abundant provision in the experience of the master Christian.
