Before taking up the study of Christian Science, I was impressed by the following healing, which I witnessed. Next door to me was an elderly woman who had cancer. One day three doctors had a consultation at her home, and they came to the unanimous conclusion that there was nothing they could do for her, since in all probability she would not survive an operation.

The following day she asked me to take her to a Christian Science practitioner. This I very gladly did, and treatment was commenced. Within a fortnight there was a complete healing, which was permanent.

This healing appealed to me tremendously, and I took up the study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" and Mrs. Eddy's other works. I have never looked back, and I am deeply grateful for all the blessings that have come to me through the application of Christian Science.
