Signs of the Times
From an article by David Lawrence in the U. S. News and World Report Washington, D. C.
[God's] omnipresent influence can, if we accept it, rule mankind. It can shape human behavior. It can apply a restraining hand to an evil purpose. It can help us win in the long run a victory for honesty, for freedom, and for justice. The destiny of the whole world is in the hands of those statesmen who can interpret faithfully the commands of the Almighty.
Rev. Don Jarman in a sermon in the Santa Maria Times California
