My first introduction to Christian Science...

My first introduction to Christian Science came many years ago when an older sister was healed of tuberculosis of the lungs through the application of Christian Science after physicians could do no more for her. Our family had been prejudiced against what it mistakenly considered Christian Science to be, and we did not understand how this healing had come about. However, we realized that something very wonderful had taken place.

Some years later, when the symptoms of the same disease were manifested in my own experience and I became extremely thin, I asked for help in Christian Science. Through the loving guidance and treatment of a practitioner, I was completely freed from this condition. This healing occurred about twenty-five years ago.
