THOUGHTS

Fresh as the sparkling waterfall
Whose silvery streams of light
Gleam on the dullness of the crag
And make the scene more bright,

Clear as the source of that pure spring
That with its crystal flow
Replenishes the waters where
The living pastures grow,

So fresh, so clear the thoughts that come
From God, the fountainhead,
To man, who knows no other mind
Than Mind unlimited.
