It is with a heart overflowing with gratitude that I submit this testimony of the healing power of Christian Science. When honestly applied it has met my need in every way. It has strengthened my moral courage and enabled me to stand firmly on the rock of Truth when discordant conditions have not yielded immediately.

I have had many instantaneous healings through my own efforts to understand God's allness, one of which I shall relate here. Several years ago the point of an ice pick pierced halfway through my palm, which bled profusely. I immediately declared the truth as we are taught to do in Christian Science. Within fifteen minutes there was no pain, and the bleeding had stopped completely. No scar was left on my hand.

I had been under the care of physicians for almost twenty years and had experienced much surgery before beginning the study of Christian Science. My health was always in a precarious state, and most of the time I was barely able to get around. Since taking up the study of Science I have never resorted to medical treatment of any kind, and I have experienced better health than at any time during my years of medical care. Christian Science has solved many perplexing problems for me in regard to relationships and supply. It has given me a more harmonious home, in which I have a constant sense of joy.
