I feel impelled to express my gratitude for all the blessings and healings which I have been privileged to experience through Christian Science. In the twenty-one years that I have been interested in this religion it has been my physician and my great helper at all times.

I should like to relate two healings which I experienced in the fall of 1951. A few days before leaving for my vacation I struck my back against a heavy iron object and was severely bruised. People wanted to take me to a doctor; but I thanked them and refused, well knowing that God was the only physician to whom I wanted to turn. In spite of the severe pain I was experiencing. I attended to my daily duties, holding steadfastly to the truth of the perfection of God's man.

During my vacation in another city I attended Christian Science services and went to the Reading Room. After my second visit to the Reading Room there was no more pain in my back. I think of this quick healing with deep gratitude.
