TITHING
The healing of lack and fear of it through Christian Science is natural and quite general among Christian Scientists. Spiritual understanding constantly maintained in human consciousness presents the evidence of true substance, even that substance of which the Holy Scriptures bear record. Our Father-Mother God, the Principle of all true harmony and peace, manifests His love and mercy to His own in a continuous and unending outpouring of His bounty and goodness. God, divine Love, is ever calling to human thought to come and see.
Our Maker has no favorites, nor is luck a factor in the realism of being. True being is harmonious because its origin is in good, perfect God. Mary Baker Eddy, in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 591), defines man as "the compound idea of infinite Spirit; the spiritual image and likeness of God; the full representation of Mind."
