"GOD'S PROMISES ARE KEPT"

How wonderful it is to have a religion that teaches us how to go to our Father-Mother God for guidance and receive help in times of need! How glorious it is to be able to talk to our Father-Mother Love, to feel His presence, and to listen to and hear the angel messages that come to us, and then with confidence and obedience to go forth and do His will! Christian Science is such a religion. It is wholly practical. It gives us an understanding of God, the one Mind, the all-knowing intelligence.

This Science teaches us that God is Spirit, the substance of all good. It also reveals God as Love, the supplier of every human need. Countless are the satisfying experiences and healings of those who practice its teachings and follow the rules given in its textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. Many are the promises of God's care to be found in this book, promises such as the following: "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need" (p. 494) and, "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings" (Pref., p. vii).

God, Mind, the only cause and creator, made man in His image and likeness and gave him dominion. His creation is spiritual and complete, lacking nothing. Man, the expression of the all-knowing, all-acting Mind, includes all right ideas; hence he is always satisfied, useful, active, wholly good. Man, the beloved son of the all-harmonious Father-Mother God, is under the law of Love, which guards, guides, sustains, and satisfies. He is ever about the Father's business.
